Based on empirical analysis，this paper investigates the influence of human capital of entrepreneurs on enterprise performance in NGEs. The main conclusions are as follows：1）A positive relationship appears between enterprise performance and education background of entrepreneurs；2）If the entrepreneurs of NGEs are CPC members，the enterprises will make better performance；3）Performance of NGEs shows obvious differences in different regions.
