Human capital is the key factor for NGEs in China to succeed in internationalization，which is an important strategy for them to seize more opportunities and enhance their competitiveness. Based on the investigation of NGEs in China，this report analyzes the relationship between human capital reserve and internationalization of NGEs，revealing the effect of human capital on the export and overseas operation of NGEs. Finally，the report puts forward the human capital strategy in the internationalization of NGEs in China.
