Based on the previous research，this paper studies empirically the relationship among enterprise human capital，social network and enterprise competitiveness，then analyses and discusses the mechanism that human capital in industrial cluster social network enhances enterprise competitiveness. Furthermore，this research proves that industrial cluster social network is conducive to the promotion and accumulation of human capital，and consequently to the enhancement of the enterprise competitiveness. Finally，this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of human capital in a social network.
