Based on survey data collected in 2007 by the Center for Private Enterprises Studies of CASS，this paper selects the top 50 NGEs in human capital competitiveness and the top 50 NGEs in comprehensive competitiveness in China by constructing human capital competitiveness index and comprehensive competitiveness index and analyzes the empirical relationship between the human capital competitiveness and the comprehensive competitiveness of NGEs in China.
