Sichuan is a big province in south-west China. Due to a variety of factors such as large population，great expanses and unbalanced development，the internet development remains overdue，with a lower rate of internet usage than the national average. This study，based on the 2009 survey data，describes the internet use by minors in Sichuan Province detailedly，addresses some major problems with minors’ internet use，and then puts forward some suggestions.
