Guangdong Province is characteristic of a higher rate of internet usage and level of development around China，which is largely representative of the general situation of internet development in China. This study is based on the 2009 survey data，and describes in detail the situation with the internet use by minors in Guangdong Province，as well we the attitudes of parents and teachers toward that internet use. In conclusion，the study offers some suggestions in regard to minors’ use of the internet.
