The total amount of social logistics and economic development level are highly relevant.The development of modern logistics industry has become a crucial standard to evaluate the modernization and overall competitiveness of a country or a region.In recent years，the development of logistics industry is stable，showing a good momentum in Heilongjiang Province.However，there are also many obstacles ahead.On the basis of dating back to the history of logistics development in Heilongjiang Province，the current status of the logistics industry is explicitly analyzed and evaluated in this paper.And finally based on the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province and the basic principles of modern logistics development，the paper comes up with some suggestions to improve the modern logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province.
