In 2010，the real estate of our province obtained significant results affected by the macro-control policies，in the course of reforming the housing market.The whole market operated smoothly and showed a good momentum of development.Real estate investment and development area maintained high level，and grew rapidly.The momentum of housing sales was strong，especially the average sales price of commercial housing showed a steady growth trend.This report reviews and analyzes the real estate investment and development in our province in recent years，summarizes the features of real estate market investment，development and market this year，and evaluates the status of market’s operation and effects of macro-control policies’ implementation.Finally，real estate development trend is forecasted in 2011 and some recommendations on real estate development are proposed.
