Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center is one of the earlier，larger，more mature university campuses in China. There are about 200 thousand people including teachers，students，and villagers. Although Higher Education Mega Center being intergrated with Guangzhou urban space continuously，it has some contradictions and problems in working，transportation，housing function. This paper investigated the public transit system of Guangzhou higher education mega center. Firstly，it summarized and analyzed some common problems both in and out of the high education mega center’ s transportation. Secondly，it reveals the crux of these internal /external issues being in bus，bicycle，and walk transit. Thirdly，it suggested several pieces of advice，such as in improving internal bus，introducing much more bus rapid transit，and improving sub-way.
