During the urbanization，building an effective city guide system is the most important. It can make the space in city layering，methodizing and individuation which represents the human nature logo. Figuring a clear city image should carry the “humanities” and “culture” into it. The frame of city humanities determines the category of city guide design in function and form on aggregate. The city guide system with“humanities” and “culture” can open out the qualities and vigor of a city. In this study，the rigorous scientific research methods，based on the Guangzhou-oriented design of urban space in-depth understanding of the current situation，find problems in existing systems，and these issues in-depth analysis，the targeted guidance system on the Guangzhou Urban status of the design concepts put forward proposals and the direction of change.
