Along with rapid economical and social development in countryside in Peking，cultural need of the peasants has taken place huge variety：the peasants pursues from material to satisfy to desire culture to dulcify，their cultural need from one and monotonous to direction diversification and modernization，from passively accepting to to actively participating and holding cultural activity with themselves.Outstanding achievements of Peking’s construction of village public cultural service system have been obtained，it’s total level resides national ex-row.But there are still some problems，for example：In cultural facilities，the government values hardware construction，depise conduction and service；In cultural activities，the government values large literature activities，depise the detail cultural service for all peasants；value government’s giving culture to the countryside，depise peasants’ cultural participation and creation etc.We suggest that village public cultural service system in Peking should change from the passive accepting type of “from top to bottom” to an active demanding type of “from bottom to up”.The government should carry on construction of village cultural organization and innovation of cultural service mechanism，continuously raise the quality and level of village public cultural service.
