The seventeenth Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we must pay more attention to society-building based on the economic development，which marks the acknowledgement of our party to the status，goal，task and approach of society-building has achieved a new level.According to the spirit of CCP Central Committee，Beijing has already established basic frame of society-building，and explored a series of new breakthrough by practices.Beijing society-building will continue to “cross over river by touching the stone”，and try to move on a new stage this year.
