This article gives a comprehensive review of the historical process of development of Chinese financial industry in 2009，covering such fields as legal practice as financial policy，banking，securities，insurance，straightening out of financial rules and regulations and financial supervision，and summarizes the new problems faced and new achievements made by China in the modernisation of financial law system against the background global financial crisis.
