The findings of a survey of the conditions of employment of graduates of six 985 HEIs indicate that two third graduates enter into labor market in the graduation year,and the others will keep on receiving education with continuously entering labor market in subsequent years.Among the group into labor market,more than 90% of graduates could get a job and there is low proportion of unemployment.As the same as the graduates from non-985 HEIs,graduates of 985 HEIs suffer from "Devaluation of Diploma".The gap between the career expectation of graduates and the reality of labor market strengthens the difficulty of satisfactory job seeking.Although the influences of family background and scholastic attainment are not obvious to job opportunities of 985 HEIs graduates,income level of the first job is strongly affected by the family background. <<
