The construction of two-oriented society is a comprehensive，integrative and complicated work. At present，the construction of two-oriented society of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration is still in infancy stage. It needs a series of innovation on system and mechanism，setting up perfect supporting policy system and impel to realize the goal of a resource conservation and environmental-friendly society. This article discusses the supporting policy system of the construction of two-oriented society in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration in detail from three aspects，which are economy policy，society policy and government policy.
