This chapter analyzed the development of China’s catering industry in 2009 from five parts. The first part introduced the general development，monthly development，district difference and TOP-100 enterprises，then the second part concluded the feature of the industry in 2009，after this，the third part introduced the corporation of catering industry and capital market in 2009 and the fourth part reviewed and gave comments on two hot events took place in 2009，the last part is the outlook of catering industry of 2010.
