In the international financial crisis and the background of industrial restructuring in Guangdong Province，Guangdong provincial government first proposed far-sighted strategy of expanding domestic demand，based on expansion of consumption，and effectively promoted the distribution sector sustained steady and rapid development. After the economic crisis，a severe test，Guangdong Province，the country is still in distribution sector in the leading position in the strength of its solid again been confirmed. This paper reviews the distribution sector of Guangdong in 2009 made new achievements and existing problems，and in 2010 the trend of changes were prospected.
