In this paper，the author firstly introduces status of china’s economic and price in 2009.Secondly，against the complicated economic background last year，it is necessary to sum up the marked effect that is achieved in the work of regulation and control over conduct of prices. Furthermore，some new situations and problems are putted forward which china’s economy will likely be faced with this year. As study emphasis，considering the economic reality，this article discusses in more depth some main factors that may have an impact on future price changes，and makes a initial judgment for china’s economic status and price trend in 2010. Finally，basing on practice of regulation and control in recent years，some constructive and workable suggestions are offered from six aspects.
