The status of women in law has won a historical change since new China established.After reform and opening-up,women protecting law system and women human rights protecting national mechanism have gradually formed.Recently,women human rights protecting law and politics comply and promote the trend of women human rights protecting in international society.But from the angle of view of gender and building a well-off society in an all-round way,we also face a lot of problems on rights of women in politics,economy,labor and social protection,property,personal,marriage and family.Hereafter it need to promote gender idea as the strategic decision of main stream and complete all kinds of women human rights mechanism. <<
