During the 60 years since the People's Republic of China was founded,the process of China's participation in international human rights cooperation can be divided into two phases,the division is the beginning of 1990s in 20th century.From the beginning of 1990s,China fundamentally adjusted its foreign policy on human rights.Since then,China has been participating in international human rights activities very actively and played an important role in international human rights field.In the recent one year,China has made new progress both in cooperation with international human rights treaty regime and UN human rights mechanism,as well as in participation in international human rights dialogue and exchange.The general feature of China's participation in international human rights cooperation from 2009 to 2010 is moving forward steadily and making progress obviously.This report mainly tries to introduce the progress in the recent one year,and also gives some analyses and forecast.
