China's human rights related legislation has gone through a very flexural process of development. With persistent efforts in the past more than 60 years,China has set up a series of legal systems in relation to human rights, including the core of the Constitution and the main part of laws and administrative statutes. The present legislative structure and legal systems have provided important legal basis for the respect and safeguard of human rights.Meanwhile they also have a certain number of problems that are urgently needed to be solved. With the objective of full realization of human rights,on the base of the constitutional provision on respecting and safeguarding human rights,on the guidance of the international human rights standards it has accepted and with the reference of the advanced experience of other countries,China should earnestly adopt all appropriate and necessary steps and measures to exert itself in promoting the consistent improvement and perfection of its legislative structure and legal systems, and positively push on the overall progress and development of its human rights enterprise.
