Based upon the review of 2010，a preliminary analysis and prediction of China economy in 2011 will be given. The conclusion is that after fighting with the fluctuation caused by the shock of international finance crisis and the structure adjustment，China economy is moving in to the steady growth path. In 2011，even though the globe economy would be still with some uncertainties，China domestic economy would be still facing the issues of transform and adjustment，China economy will growth 9% or above.
