In 2010，China’s economic growth continues to slow down，economic body has steady confidence，consumption keeps growing fast，and CPI hits a new high within the year. Currency credit growth returns to normal，however，people still should pay attention to rising prices，bank-typed financial institutions loans increase，real estate regulation and control problems etc. In 2011 our country is still in the adjustment process of economic cycle，should keep the pace of monetary loan increase moderate，pay more attention on research on macro prudent management policies，safeguard stability and security of financial system，and perfect formation mechanism of RMB exchange rate.
