In 2010，China’s macro-economic is stable，and consumer confidence index rises gradually. This situation provides a good economic foundation for the employment work even if the employment work still faces many challenges and problems. In 2011，the domestic and international environment which the employment work will face will have the change for the better. But there are some employment’s pressures which we will need to analysis earnestly and overcome.
