This paper analyzes the macroeconomic operating situation of Shanghai in 2010，which is expanded in areas such as the main leading macroeconomic indicators and the trend of composite index，great economic growth support by “World Expo” in 2010，industrial and finance and so on. This paper also discusses the positive and negative factors of Shanghai economy in 2011，and forecasts the real growth rate by key macroeconomic indicators in 2010 and 2011.
