Recent years，with the development of urban construction，land expropriation and house demolition disputes became more and more serious. This paper investigates the disputes in land expropriation and house demolition，analyzes the roots of the problems arisen，and concludes with suggestions，with the aim of making the land expropriation and house demolition work more standardized and institutionalized，and disputes reduction，and making the government’s work in land expropriation and house demolition of fewer barriers in the future.
