During the renovation of “three oldness”，namely，old towns，old factory buildings and old villages，the historically-left problems existing in the foresaid three different types of renovation objects have their own features. This paper respectively sorts out the historically-left problems of various “three oldness” renovation objects，analyzes the loopholes of policy and shortcomings in operation when the government solves the above problems under the current “three oldness” policy，and proposes relevant solutions.
