According to how perfect management system of Liwan direct managed public house，making the three-level management’s responsibility clear and set up a set of perfect duty assessment method，we conducted a research on the management system reform of Liwan direct managed public house. Based on the investigation，this paper reviews the experience of Guangzhou direct managed public house，aiming at the major problems of Liwan direct managed public house，and proposes proposals for the management system reform of Liwan direct managed public house，so as to realize the standardized management of direct managed public house and its housing guarantee function.
