In the year of 2010，by making good use of the Ninth China Art Festivaland the 16th Asian Games，great achievements have been made in construction of public cultural service system，famous cultural programmes，protection of cultural heritage，administration of cultural business and human resources for cultural development in Guangzhou Development district and Luogang District.In 2011 we will also focus on construction of basic facilities to carry out the policy of “lay down solid foundation，form unique characters and form fine products”，try every means to promote the cultural development in the whole district.
