from the review and analysis of historical progress and policy evolution of Guangzhou “San Jiu”，this study was an comprehensive analysis and research on the situation of the appearance of city and protection of history of Guangzhou in the progress of rapid urbanization.It advised that the major concentration should be the investigation of historical and cultural heritage and the discussion of specifically defined criteria and evaluation system.In-depth theoretical research，project implementation of “Re-create，Re-develop，Recycle”，and the protection of historical trail in GuangZhou “San Jiu” were also critical for the establishment of the new “GuangZhou Imagination” with “pattern，expression，mentality”.Henceforth，the great accomplishment of the construction of “A ecologic city suitable for entrepreneurship and development，and for living” could be achieved.
