In 2009，tightly grasping the spirit of the third Plenum of the 17th Congress of CPC，China Communist Youth League Guangzhou Committee unceasingly liberates the mind，persists the reform and open policy，diligently fulfills the view of scientific development，and acts effectively as the main force of the youth in pushing scientific development of Guangzhou. In 2010，China Communist Youth League Guangzhou Committee will further emancipate thoughts，focus on the target of constructing “the Leading Area” and “National Central City”，keep creating and working effectively，and lead the youth to make efforts for the Asian Games and building Guangzhou’s city image and level of civilization.
