The international financial crisis has bring great impact on the social and economic development of Guangzhou，especially on the adjustment of labor relationship and staff team，which makes the tasks of trade union service development and labor relationship adjustment more difficult，also makes the poverty alleviation more strenuous. It is imperative for the trade union to deal with these problems calmly and positively and unite and motivate the mass staff to realize the strategic objects of “maintaining growth，accelerating development，guaranteeing the livelihood，improving employment，keeping stability and promoting harmony”.
