This report is based on “the Public Opinion Survey on Sewage Treatment Charges in Guangzhou”. On the basis of a whole understanding with the sewage treatment and the adjustment of sewage charges through the survey，and combining expert’s opinion，the report has a deep analysis with the cost of sewage charges. According to the survey，the social credibility of “pollution control through price adjustment” is low and keeping declining. The public is intended to support “reforming the pollution control”.
