Based on quantitative methods and data of Guangzhou，this paper estimates proportions of the producer service industry，contribution rates of the sub-sectors of the service industry，growth rates of sub-sector values-added，growth rates of the numbers of sub-sector employees，elasticities of sub-sector employment，location entropy and Gini coefficient of the spatial distribution of industries，sub-sector productivities of labors and their increase rates，income and price elasticities of the demand of services. According to these indices，we analyze the strong and weak points of producer service sub-sectors of Guangzhou，compare them with other metropolises in China，and give suggestions on further development strategies of the producer service industry of Guangzhou.
