Food safety issues have been greatly concerned by the public in 2010. Considering all cases this year, we can find that raw materials and brand products are easily to draw the attention of media and public. As the customers are more and more aware of self-right maintenance than before, they have triggered more cases. Meanwhile, the hidden rules in food industry are the focus of doubts raised by the public. As far as the responding capacity is concerned, corporations and governments have shown their ability to give early warning, but the lack of transparency and ambiguity of legal and regulatory practices have made the public confused and complaining. Senior departments and officials' priority concerns will speed up the solution of the specific issue.
