With the rapid development of economic reforms and urbanization process in China, the demolition in China are increasingly becoming a focus of public opinion topic. In 2010, the events of demolition occurred frequently, showing some new characteristics: the public consciousness of using media was distinctly enhanced; the public opinion of subsequent events was paid more attention; the traditional media was partly influenced by new media. Future demolition work in China, learning from foreign experiences, can beimproved from the following aspects: establish and perfect the effective legal system, abide by the law for demolition work, strengthen the communication with all stakeholders, carry on the long-term planning, diversify the compensation for removalchoose appropriate ways in public opinion outbreak and master optimal time for agenda setting. <<
