The success of the private enterprises internationalization depends on both its own factors and the widespread support of the government and the non-governmental organizations. Based on the Non-government Economy Research Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2008’s survey data，this paper makes a deep investigation into issues as the role of the government and non-governmental organizations in the process of the NGEs internationalization. This paper proposes some measures and suggestions，relating to the problems that exist in the process of services for the NGEs internationalization，provided by the government and non-governmental organizations.
