Based on survey data collected in 2008 by the Center for Private Enterprises Studies of CASS，this paper selects the top 50 NGEs in internationalization competitiveness in China by constructing internationalization competitiveness index. On this basis，this paper makes a comprehensive description of basic characteristics of the top 50 NGEs in internationalization Competitiveness，and makes a intensive analysis of internationalization competitiveness index in order to find out the law of NGEs in “gonging abroad” strategy.
