This article offers a detailed analysis on China’s national economic development situation in the first three quarters of 2007 from the aspects of the economic growth rate，economic efficiency，restructuring，institutional mechanism reforms，and so on，and a forecast on full year of 2007. Looking forward in 2008，China’s overall economic developing environment is fine. However，the uncertainty and risk which may have impact on economic operations are increased. This article also analyzes China’s developing environment according to the international environment and domestic environment，while the domestic environment for development is stressed. And it puts forward suggestions on China’s macro-policy-orientation in 2008.
