改革开放以来,广东文化产业经历了一个从无到有、从小到大、由弱变强,逐步成长为国民经济新的增长点的发展过程。目前,广东文化产业门类比较齐全,产业体系初步形成,产业规模居全国前列,对全省经济发展的贡献显著增强,已经成为我省国民经济新的支柱产业。但同时也存在文化服务业发展相对滞后;区域布局失衡;民营文化企业规模小、竞争力弱;内容产品的比例偏小;大型企业集团的数量偏少,规模偏小等问题。要继续保持广东文化产业在全国的领先地位,必须树立和落实文化产业观、文化产品观和文化财富观,通过优化结构效益和转换能力,提高我省文化产业的综合竞争力。宏观层面上政府做到科学规划,合理布局,中观层面上主管部门要做到加强管理,积极引导,微观层面上企业要做到依法经营,有序发展。
<<Cultural Industry of Guangdong has been thought a step-by-step procession since reform-and-open-up period. Today,cultural industry,with covering extensive fields,a junior industry system,a national-top industry size,has become a new mainstay industry. However,Guangdong cultural industry suffers several problems,such as behindhand cultural service business,region development unbalance,small sizes and weak competitive strength of private cultural enterprise,the low percentage of digital contents,and a lack of large corporations. To keep the national-top place,increasing comprehensive competitive by practicing cultural industry views cultural content view,and cultural wealth view is essential. At the macro level,government should process the planning and arrangement scientifically. At the middle level,competent departments should strengthen management and directions. At the micro level,enterprises should obey the law.
