The paper synoptically summarized the achievement which the Chinese community volunteer services obtain in 2008，reviewed the development process of the Chinese community volunteer service. It discussed the present situation of the Chinese community volunteer service development from the angle of organization system，service pattern，control system etc. Finally，the paper forecast the trend of development of volunteer service in our country community from the following three aspects，the development idea，the participation body，the mode of administration.
