Based on various leisure-time activities in Beijing Community in 2008 and during the Olympic Games，this article proposed a good analysis on the voluntary behavior demonstrated during the leisure-based self entertainments;spare-time sports;life-style cultivation;charity activities;self academic studies and involvements in other community-based activities. It shows the trend of building solid foundation for Volunteers and Volunteer Spirits in city communities in order to form a better society.
