Thanks to the excellent geographical location and personal connection between Guangzhou，Hong Kong and Macao，the close cooperation among the three of them has promoted Guangzhou’s economic and social development rapidly since China started to carry out Reform and Opening-up Policy thirty years ago.Along with the change of Guangzhou’s economy and society as well as the change of Hong Kong and Macao’s economic and social structure，the original cooperating model can not meet the demands of the new situation any more.The key point of cooperation has changed，too.Under the current situation，according to the strengths and disadvantages as well as respective development strategies of the three，Guangzhou，Hong Kong and Macau should enhance cooperating level；strengthen cooperation in the field of modern service industry and promote development of Guangzhou’s modern service industry.
