After thirty years great practice of reform and opening-up，China’s economic and social development has made great achievements. China has stepped into the middle stage of industrialization. Meanwhile，the social structure has undergone profound changes，and the modern social structure has initially formed. However，due to the unbalanced development between society and economy，social structure adjustment is left behind the economic restructuring. And social structure is still in early stages of industrialization，which has induced a number of social conflicts and problems. These call for new understandings and analyzing perspectives.
