Based on the situation during the primary stage of socialism，besides adopting the encouraging，supporting and guiding policy，China strengthened the supervising and managing policy on private sector of economy. Suffered from the international financial crisis，China’s Private Entrepreneurs face the decline of the growth rate，employment and profit. With the improvement and stable of the overall economic situation，the development of private enterprises will be back on track.
