Guangzhou is a city that early conducts manufacturing quality competitiveness measurement national wide. Based on the indicator system from the General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine，and with the reference of some provinces and cities conducting independent measurement，this paper attempts to provide index basis for promoting manufacturing quality competitiveness，and also provide reference for China’s manufacturing in the way of becoming manufacturing competitiveness.
