Internet café is a new thing, also the product of social progress and development. The existence of the Internet provides Internet cafés big space and endless resources. However, the Internet is a double-edged sword. It can be a tool to strengthen the building of spiritual civilization as well as a factor to affect social stability. On the basis of comprehensive investigation of Internet cafés in Guangzhou, this paper explores problems of this industry, and then suggests how to make it healthy and prosperous. <<
