The transfer employment from rural labor force to non-agricultural industry and urban area is an important way for Henan to insist on "no sacrifice on both sides" and "three ways". It is also the requirement to break the urban rural dual structure、to narrow down the urban rural difference and to promote the development of economy and society. In current situation, it must strength the information and employment guidance for rural labor force and the follow up service and enhance the stability of transfer employment. <<
