With the start of Central Plains Economic Region construction around the Henan province, the new rural community construction has been in practice. This paper mainly discusses the new rural community construction's significance and the present situation in our province. It also summarizes the achievements of the new rural community construction, and obtains conclusion and reflection in the perspective of Sociology.
