It has been one year since Social insurance law implementated, which has achieved remarkable results, not only on maintaining citizens' lawful rights of participating Social Insurance and enjoying insurance treatment according to law, but also promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society.While,some new problems occured in the process, some is serious and universal.This report summaries and evalutes the overall effectiveness after Social Insurance Law implementating strictly, and analyzes the problems during the Social Insurance Law's implementation elaboratly. According to the current status of economic and social development and what masses appeal, some reasonable policies and Suggestions were proposed. <<
